Accommodation

Cottage – Our time in Scarbs has come to an end sadly, and we are moving to Somerset West on Fri 14 Jul. Very sudden, but the way it has worked out. We have a lovely dog-friendly 2 bed cottage on Beach rd with sea views and a massive garage. We have given notice for end Jul but ideally want someone to take it over from 15 Jul to split rent for this month. If you are interested please phone.

CIS in Scarborough and Misty Cliffs Update

It has been 6 months of operations now in Scarborough and Misty Cliffs, and the great news is that we have managed to reach the break-even point, which is truly spectacular in a challenging environment. To those that made the switch to CIS, we cannot thank you enough. We truly appreciate your support.

The technical teams have been incredibly busy with the South African Police Services 140 camera and control room project at their Central stores (where all the uniforms, guns, etc. are stored….LOL), and have now completed this project. This was a rather large, time consuming project, but the upside is that SAPS have now added CIS onto their “Preferred Supplier” list. Well done to the technical team for their amazing work. So they are now more available should you have any requirements for CCTV, or any other security related items.

For those of you that have not joined our services, please feel free to pop us a mail atinfo@cis-net.co.za with any queries you may have. Remember, your alarm system stays as is (Your system still works as it always did), and purely the radio link changes, so that the CIS control room can receive your alarm activations, instead of your current monitoring company. So once again, Thank You Scarborough and Misty Cliffs.

Recommendations

Local Builder – I would like to recommend the services of local builder Aidan Hart and his team. He has completed our house has gone the extra mile to work professionally within a tight budget, and offering creative solutions. He can help with your cash build integral housing projects or renovations. I advise you discuss your initial design with him, before you submit plans. I paid for the materials needed myself and only paid for labour directly. Blesbok St, you can it from main road, corner Blesbok, behind the bright blue container)
